The venue has a great setting in Downtown Puerto Vallarta district, very close to many clubs and bars. the staff are outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind.

It's right in the heart of the bustling central zona romantica area, making it perfect for anyone who enjoys the vibrant atmosphere and variety of food and bars. The value for money is really good, especially considering that breakfast is included. The rooms are well maintained and the balcony facing the busy street offers a great view. The staff, especially Lupita and Roberto, were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Another highlight is the well-equipped kitchen, which is perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals.

All in all, everything at this hotel was just fine.

The facilities were wonderful - all tiled and spotlessly clean. the rooftop area with a pool was simply beautiful, perfect for lounging in the sun. the location was also a major plus, being centrally located in the old town. Roberto even spoke English, which was a great help. I loved the hotel's proximity to the beach and everything else in the area.
